PLACING AN ORDER:

Q:• How can I place an order?
Ans:No specific format required for placing an order. Order can be placed in freehand format by email. While placing order kindly mention clearly Product /art number, color, size, quantity and other specification (if any) which you want to get in your required goods. Order can also be placed by attachments of common file formats i.e. M.S Office file (word or Excel), PDF etc. You can also use inquiry basket at our website to place an order.

Q:• How can I know the total value of my order?
Ans:After you order us for certain items, we’ll issue you Proforma invoice to check the value which you have to pay us against purchased items. At this stage you can make changes in order. After your confirmation of our P. Invoice and order is sent to production department, no modifications can be made in your order. All the information, payment terms, freight terms, estimate of production/ dispatch and bank details are also mentioned at our Proforma invoice.

PRICING:

Q:• How can I get price for specific Article/Item?
Ans:If the desired article is displayed at our website kindly mention article number, size, color etc. If the desired item is not displayed at our website please send us picture, material details and other specification too.
Q:• Can I get full price list for all the article/products at a time displayed at your website or in your printed brochure?
Ans: All the prices are quoted by making fresh calculations’ basing on today’s raw material prices. This is a time taking and exhaustive process. As there are lot of items produced by our company so this is not possible to make calculations and make quote for all the website items. No problem you can get quotation of any item any time.

Q:• For how much time quoted prices are valid?
Ans: All the prices are changeable without any prior notice. Normally quoted prices are valid for 60 days, after the date of quotation but after confirmation of Proforma invoice the prices will not be changed.
Q:• Can I get freight included or door to door delivery included prices?
Ans: Normally we quote FOB prices but prices on terms CFR (C&F), DDU can also be obtained on request. These prices are subject to change in order quantity and types of item so before getting freight included or door delivery prices kindly provide order details.

Q:• In which currency I can get prices?
Ans: Prices can be obtained in US Dollars (US$), Euro (€) and Great Britain Pounds (£).

PAYMENT:

Q:• What are your payment terms?
Ans: For Samples and small orders with invoice value up to Euro/US$:8,000/- the payment will be 100% advance to our bank account. For invoice amount ranging Euro/US$:8,000 to 30,000 50% of invoice value will be in advance and balance on completion of the order, but before dispatch of the goods. For bigger orders we recommend to open L/c at sight.

Q: • What is your preferable payment mode?
Ans: We prefer bank transfer to our bank account. For samples we prefer transfer through Western Union because the bank deducts a specific amount as transfer charges. The bank account details will be provided by email at info@japonica-ent.com

Q:• What are your bank account or beneficiary details?
Ans: Bank account or beneficiary details are mentioned on our Proforma invoice. However these details can be provided separately by email on request.

Q: • Is Paypal or Credit card payment mode acceptable?
Ans: Both the Paypal and credit card payments are not workable in our country.

Q:• Can I use Western Union or Money gram for payment transfer?
Ans: Yes, for small orders or samples payments the “Western Union” or “Money gram” payment mode is recommended. The beneficiary details will be provided by e-mail on request.

SAMPLES:

Q:• Can I get some of your products samples to check & verify quality?
Ans: Yes samples are provided on request on payment of cost of samples and courier expenses.

Q:• How Can I order for samples?
Ans: You can order us for samples in free format writing and provide maximum details of required samples. Samples can also be ordered through inquiry basket at our website.

FREIGHT TERMS:

Q:• At which freight terms you work?
Normally we work on FOB, CFR & DDU freight terms. For further freight terms please feel free to contact us.

Q:• Can I get cheaper freight option?
Ans: Yes, but this will slow down delivery time. If you require cheaper freight cost kindly let us know, we’ll quote you cost and estimated delivery time.

Q:• Can I use my own courier / Freight forwarder?
Ans: Yes you can use your own cargo agent to move your shipments. We’ll produce your goods and handover the same to your nominated forwarder or agent.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ):

Q:• What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each item?
Ans: Normally our prices are quoted with following MOQ criteria:
Motorbike Gloves 250 pairs
Motorbike Leather Jackets/pants 100 pcs.
Motorbike Leather suits 50 pcs.
Motorbike Textile Jackets/pants 200 pcs.
Safety jackets/vest: 100 pcs.
Back Protectors: 200 pcs.
Other Protectors: 300 units.

However MOQ is negotiable. No restriction on quantity for samples order.

Q:• What is the MOQ when I order for miscellaneous items?
Ans:To know about this please let us know your required products details.

PACKING:

Q: • What are your packing options?
Ans: Normally all the products are packed in polythene bags on single basis and these are again packed in master cardboard carton. There is great variety in polythene packing which differ from product to product.

Q:• Can I get special packing for my required products?
Ans: Yes you can get special packing customized with printing of your logo. This packing may be charged separately.

PORDUCTION LEAD TIME /DELIVERY:

Q: • What will be production lead time for my order?
Production lead time depends on
1) Our under production orders,
2) Order quantity &
3) Types of items purchased.

If there is variety of products or variety of sizes then more time is required for production. Estimated production time will be quoted on our Proforma invoice before the start of production.

Q: • When will I receive my goods after the dispatch?
Ans: Transit time depends on the mode of transport used. Normally the courier shipment takes 4-5 working days, by airline shipment needs 1 week and by sea shipment requires 40-45 working days transit time to reach at destination.

Q: • Can I use fast delivery options?
Ans: Yes, but this will cost a bit more. If you require fast delivery kindly let us know, we’ll quote you cost and estimated delivery time.

QUALITY:

Q: • How can I satisfy about quality of your product?
Ans: Before placing a big order we recommend you to get some samples for physically checking of the product quality. The quality of ordered items will be similar to these samples.

Q: • Can I use third party to check quality before the goods are dispatched?
Ans: All the quality checking is made under strict supervision of our quality control staff before packing and shipping the goods. Anyhow you can nominate any of your representative / friend to check the quality before the goods are packed. You can also hire the quality checking companies for this purpose but you have to pay to them for their services.

CUSTOMIZATION:

Q: • Can I make some changes in your existing products according to my ideas?
Ans: Yes modifications in our products can be made on providing of detailed information. Following modifications can be made in
Style,
Size,
Color,
Logo or branding etc.

Q: • How much options you have to make my logo.
Logo can be developed in different formats depending on logo type or place of product. Mostly these can be made in following options;
Simple printing
Silicon printing
Embossing on leather or rexin
Engraving on plastic panels
Embroidery
Woven labels,
Engraved plastic buttons & accessories

Q: • I want to develop entirely new item within your production range.
Ans: This is possible you can get your own ideas converted into real product. This product can be exclusive for you, if you pay all the development expenses for the product. Kindly provide sketches/ drawings files, sizing, material and accessories details which you want to use in your product.

Q: • The product I want to get is quite different from your production range, can you make this?
